Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Period:
More than 7 days before the tour date:
You will receive a 100% refund of the total cost.
Between 7 days and 24 hours before the tour date:
You will receive a 50% refund of the total cost.
Less than 24 hours before the tour date or on the tour date:
No refund will be provided. This is because the costs associated with preparing your tour have already been incurred.
No-show:
If you do not show up for the tour, no refund will be provided.
Special Cases:
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your tour, we will try to accommodate your request depending on the availability of guides, activities, and transportation. An additional fee of 25% of the total tour cost will be applied to cover the expenses already incurred during the preparation of your tour.
Legal Compliance
Our policy complies with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this directive does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure activities if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance. Hence, the terms stated above apply to cancellations and refunds for our tours.
